This is a desktop application made with Java to help manage activities for student organizations on campus. It has a complete system to create, read, update, and delete (CRUD) data about events, members, and budgets. It also has a great feature that automatically creates and prints final reports in PDF format.

It also has a great feature that automatically creates and prints final reports in PDF format.
The Challenge
Managing administration, saving documents, and making final reports for student events is usually done manually. The data is often spread across many different files, which makes it very messy, slow, and hard to organize for the students.
The Solution
I built a Java-based desktop application to put all the organization's management in one place. I also added a special library to generate PDF reports instantly, which saves a lot of time for the student committee.
